Dragon Dance Tourbillon
A kinetic watch concept that turns an ancient symbol of vitality into a living mechanical theatre. The spherical tourbillon becomes the pearl; the dragon follows its orbit across a layered midnight-blue dial.

What if time were not displayed — but performed?
The project reinterprets the traditional dragon dance as a micro-mechanical choreography. Rather than applying a decorative motif, every symbolic element is assigned a functional role: the pearl keeps time in motion, the dragon creates an orbital reading path, and the layered dial becomes a stage for depth, shadow and light.
